T7 should feel like home, with a high standard of comfort and home automation technology.

To access your designated room, you need to contact the reception, where you can pick up your electronic key card and complete the check-in.

We ask that you kindly pay attention to the opening hours:

RECEPTION HOURS
to withdraw electronic key card, every day
from 7:30 am to 10:00 am
and from 17:30 to 20:30

Your room will be available from 14:30 and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of your departure.

With your electronic key card, you can access all common areas of the building in addition to your room. From inside your room you can press the red button to activate the “DO NOT DISTURB”-sign. Your presence will be registered once you enter the room.

Kindly leave the key card inside the room at the end of your stay.

You may leave your luggage in the reception during its opening hours.

TOURIST TAX

From 1 September 2012, the municipality of Milan has introduced a new tourist tax, requested to all non-residents staying in accommodation, hotels and non-hotel facilities, located in the municipal area of ​​Milan. Revenues from the tourist tax will be allocated to interventions relating to tourism services as well as to the recovery and/or maintenance of cultural and environmental assets of the city of Milan.


PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards as an online payment method for booking your room. We do not accept bank checks and traveler's checks.


GUESTS PER ROOM

Guests per room more than two, even in the suites.


PETS

Pets inside the structure are not allowed.


SMOKING

All rooms and public spaces are entirely non-smoking.


QUIET AND REST

We ask you, in respect of all guests, to avoid loud noises, screams or shouting after 10pm.
